My whole life I have struggled with break outs. Today I woke up and I looked like this:

So let me just say, posting a picture like this FOR ME is a big deal because it’s obviously not attractive. But especially since I had a baby 7 weeks ago – my hormones are going crazy and therefore my body is going absolutely insane. So I have written a quick tutorial on how to make your own spot treatment, for cheap, and it’s great to use weekly. It only requires 2 ingredents:

Activated Charcoal Capsules:

and

Witch Hazel

Now I’m not some expert on these ingredients. I just played around one day and mixed them together and now this is no joke, my weekly spot treatment. Activated charcoal is detoxifying and I know for a fact it helps with acne. And what I know about Witch Hazel is that it is an astringent. I actually was using both of these separate to combat my breakouts, and mixing them together was an amazing idea. Now  I wouldn’t personally do it on my whole face, because it would dry out my face too much – but like I said, it’s a great spot treatment.
